Accelerator
Aimed at companies and start-ups in any eligible business sector, this £20m fund invests in growth businesses at an early stage of their development – predominantly at the seed capital stages.
It will primarily make equity investments and will seek to maximise co-investment with privately funded co-investors. Debt or quasi-equity investments will be made where appropriate.
Funding available will extend to a maximum of £750k.
The North East Accelerator Fund is managed by NorthStar Equity Investors.
